| The sea salt is to be found in the area and under water. We use a simoussito harvest it. It can be grey or white depending on the way you pick it up. |

It is white in our salt evaporation pond, as we scrape a salt top layer, and we don’t make pyramidal piles on the ground. We collect it on the borders, still in the area, and so in the water thanks to a sourvon. |
